Dead battery, flat tire, locked out, out of gas. Most of the time we get you rolling right there on the spot and you keep driving your own car. Cheaper than a tow, and you are back to your day in minutes.
A tow costs you more than a jump does, and plenty of the calls we get do not need one. We will tell you which you are looking at on the phone, honestly, even when the tow is the bigger ticket for us.
"I hit something on the 112 and blew a tire right before work. The lugs had been torqued on so hard that I bent my star wrench. Casey showed up within minutes with the right tools, spare was on after a couple minutes. Thanks again for getting me back on the road!"
Dustin Tillery"Fastest service I've ever had on a walkout! Tanner was wonderful, professional and friendly. Really appreciate what you guys do!"
Melanie Faye"I wish 6 stars was an option! Casey has saved my bacon on multiple occasions! Trustworthy, responds quickly, actually cares about their clients. This is the only tow company I will ever use! They have also helped me with a lock out."
Emily JensenA jump gets you moving, it doesn't fix why the battery died. If it won't hold a charge more than a day or two, the battery itself is probably done, not just weak. We'll tell you straight instead of jumping the same car three times in a week.
Enough to get you to the nearest station, not a full tank. We carry regular unleaded on the truck; if you're diesel or need something specific, say so when you call so we bring the right can.
Happens more than you'd think, especially if a shop over-torqued them or they've rusted on. We carry breaker bars and impact tools built for stuck lugs, not just the wrench that came with your car.
Yes. Cold thickens the oil and makes the engine harder to turn over right when a battery already puts out less power. Every winter our jump-start calls spike on the first hard freeze. If your battery is more than 3-4 years old, a cold snap is exactly when it gives out.
Call and describe it. We will tell you whether this is a ten-minute fix or a tow, quote it either way, and head out.
