SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance

1. Program Description

This messaging program sends service updates and follow-up messages to customers who have contacted Hauling Ace Towing LLC about towing, roadside assistance or vehicle transport through our website at https://haulingacetow.com, through the chat box on our website, or by calling or texting us, and who have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications. Opt-in is collected through the chat box on our website, and when you provide your phone number while requesting service. Messages include confirmation that we received your request, updates while a truck is on the way, follow-up after the job is complete, review requests, customer support communications, and occasional promotional messages such as special offers and service discounts for customers who have separately opted in to receive them.

2. Cancellation Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the same number that sent you messages. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

3. Support Information

If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or reach out directly to casey@haulingacetow.com or call 435-840-5591. We answer the phone 24 hours a day.

4. Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your service usage and the service calls you request. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

6. Supported Carriers

Our SMS program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most regional carriers.

7. Age Restriction

You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program.

General Terms

This website (the "Site") is owned and operated by Hauling Ace Towing LLC ("COMPANY," "we" or "us"). Our Services

We provide towing, roadside assistance and vehicle transport in Tooele County, Salt Lake County and along the I-80 corridor. Response times depend on where you are, weather, road conditions and how many trucks are out. We give you an honest estimate when you call and we tell you the price up front.

Quotes and Payment

Prices quoted over the phone are estimates based on what you tell us. The final price can change if the actual situation is different, for example if the vehicle is further out, stuck off road, or needs extra equipment. We will tell you before we do the work. Payment is due when the job is complete unless we have agreed otherwise or a motor club or insurance company is covering it.

Your Vehicle

You confirm you are the owner of the vehicle or that you have permission to authorize service on it. Please remove valuables before we tow. We are not responsible for personal items left in a vehicle.

Liability

We carry insurance and we take care of your vehicle. That said, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, for damage caused by the condition of the vehicle itself, or for losses outside our reasonable control such as weather, road closures or acts of others. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for that service call.

Intellectual Property Rights

Our Limited License to You

This Site and all the materials available on the Site are the property of Hauling Ace Towing LLC and/or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Site is provided solely for your personal non-commercial use.

You may not use the Site or the materials available on the Site in a manner that constitutes an infringement of our rights or that has not been authorized by us.
